Cancellation Policy
At KandyKain Hair, I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. That is why I do not charge any fees for cancellations/reschedules 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment time . I kindly ask that if you need to adjust your appointment, you notify me as soon as possible so I can accommodate other clients. No matter the reason, your understanding and communication are appreciated. For any cancellations or no-shows within 24hours of your scheduled service, a 50% fee will be charged and does not go toward a future service.
